If you are a Sales Manager this questionnaire assumes that your sales people are on the Sales Coaching Programme and that you are also on this programme.

Once you have completed this Review Questionnaire, you will be able to obtain a copy of your answers to use as Planning Tool. Your Coach will be going over your answers with you.
If you are a Sales Manager, your sales people will also be completing a Sales Professionals End of Phase Review Questionnaire. You can use this link to see this now. You will receive a copy of their answers and their report, and you will be able to use this report to sit down with each of them, and do a Performance Review Session. You would do this with each of them at the end of their Phase 1, 2 and 3. Remember “Mastery and Results is the name of the game” and assisting them to achieve mastery of what they are learning is an important part of your role as a leaders.
