I have now completed Module 3 and have personalizing my questions and practicing it – in sequence – at every opportunity. In fact, I met an agent in a coffee shop – I was in the coffee shop try to sell Google Business View (GBV) – and he asked me for my prices. I suggested I meet with him first to understand his needs. Guess what? He agreed to meet with me next week. Before this course, I would have given him my price list and feeling good about myself at doing that and not heard from him again.
