On two of my ‘bold calls” this week , I had both of them asking where they can purchase from. Neither of them really purchased through our preferred resellers before so I involved one of my better resellers in the process. I got them an opportunity to quote and followup face to face . Both end users now have an account and have both purchased. My reseller now sees me as a “Friend in the business” (Top Gun term) because not only did I hand them a sale for my product, but I handed them two new accounts that are buying other products from them
