Sales have increased more than 50% since I started the programme about 18 weeks ago. I am not sure exactly how much I can attribute to the Top Gun Programme but I have definitely learned a lot of new techniques and strategies especially around telephone prospecting and asking ‘Diagnosis Questions’.
Also I am now making better sales presentations using ‘Power Selling Statements” and certainly using the ‘Stair Step Method’ for handling objections helps me get past objections that might have stopped me in the past. I used to just go in an sell, but now I ask questions, build rapport, get to prospects real needs and then address those needs with my recommendations. I have added 3 new client companies to the list of companies we now serve in Victoria. Very happy with the support provided by Top Gun.
