This is a Planning Tool for Leaders and Sales Managers who have just completed Phase 1 or 2 or 3 of the Top Gun Leadership or Sales Manager Leadership Coaching Programme.

This is not a test. This review will ask you questions which you as a Professional Leader or Sales Manager should have already asked yourself at this stage of the Top Gun Leadership / Sales Manager Leadership Coaching Programme. If you are a Sales Manager this questionnaire assumes that your sales people are on the Top Gun Sales Coaching Programme and that you are also on this programme.

If you are a Sales Manager, your sales people will also be completing a Sales Professionals End of Phase Review Questionnaire. You can use this link to see this now. You will receive a copy of their answers and their report, and you will be able to use this report to sit down with each of them, and do a Performance Review Session. You would do this with each of them at the end of their Phase 1, 2 and 3. Remember “Mastery and Results is the name of the game” and assisting them to achieve mastery of what they are learning is an important part of your role as a leaders.
