Let’s talk about income from Sign Ups and income from the Trailing Commission you will receive.
Monthly income from Sign Ups
We’re going to suggest that you set a monthly target for Sign Up income which as you know is AUD$100 for every new member signed.
Here’s what it can be for certain targets. All dollars are shown in Australian dollars, along with how many Sign Ups per week you’d need to average to achieve this target.

$1,000 10 Sign Ups. ie. 2.5 per week
$2,000 20 Sign Ups. ie. 5 per week
$3,000 30 Sign Ups. ie. 7.5 per week
$4,000 40 Sign Ups. ie. 10 per week
$5,000 50 Sign Ups. ie. 12.5 per week
$6,000 60 Sign Ups. ie. 15 per week
$7,000 70 Sign Ups. ie. 17.5 per week
$8,000 80 Sign Ups. ie. 20 per week
$9,000 90 Sign Ups. ie. 23 per week
$10,000 100 Sign Ups. ie. Ie. 25 per week
$10,000+ 100+ Sign Ups. ie. Ie. 25+ per week
Monthly income from Trailing Commissions
This will be determined by the number of Sign Ups you accumulate over the months, minus “drop offs” which you can also have some control over, by keeping in touch with your clients to ensure they are keeping on track, using the programme, and see the value in continuing their membership subscription.
As you can see if you have already logged on, you can track all of this information from the System. You can also see which clients payments have been processed, and immediately see if any payment has not gone through. If this happens, it could be for a reason as simple as their credit card being over it’s limit, or perhaps it’s expired. A quick and friendly phone call will normally reveal the reason, and in many cases allow you to bring them back on track. It will also give you an opportunity to ask them for referrals, and remind them that they can qualify for 1 month of free membership for every person their introduce to you, who also becomes a member.
If someone has some other reason for stopping their membership, we’d like to know about this immediately, as we are keen to continue to build the value of their membership to minimize these drop offs, and all reasonable ideas will be considered.

eg. Say by month 3 you have 128 Level 1 Members (so you’ve averaged about 10.6 per week) your monthly income from Level 1 Members will be $5,120 per month every month, INCREASING at the rate of $1,706 every month if your average rate of sign ups remain the same.

From the above, most variations can be calculated. Again all dollars are in Australian Dollars.
eg. Say by month 3 you have 32 Level 2 Members (so you’ve averaged about 2.6 per week) your monthly income from Level 2 Members will be $2,560 per month every month INCREASING at the rate of $853 every month if your average rate of sign ups remain the same.
So if this was your situation after 3 months, you’d have a combined monthly income of $7,680 per month, increasing at the rate of $2,559 per month.
If continued to be active (and at this rate why wouldn’t you?) by month 12 you’d have a MONTHLY INCOME of $32,864 per month.
Now that’s a serious business.
Even if we halved that, $16,432 per month is still a very serious business, and perhaps could replace your current income or be additional annual income.

We suggest that you start by watching the Affiliate Marketing Training Videos first, and then start at the top and watch the Welcome Video which would be the first video watched by a Level 1 or Level 2 Member, so you experience the programme, just as your clients will.
Then watch the Getting Started Video just as they will.
Selling Skills Assessment
A Level 1 Member will then watch the Selling Skills Assessment Video and do the assessment followed by a video interview with a Top Gun Sales Coach.
Please do the same. That way we can help you to identify your strengths and areas for improvement. You’ll then receive a written report with recommendations on which videos to watch to improve your selling and negotiating skills, as well as your personal motivation.
How to Increase Your Sales by 30% or More in 90 Days or Less

You may already be familiar with some of the content, as will some of your clients depending upon how they have entered the programme. For example, perhaps they watched a Group Presentation done by you, or perhaps they have seen the short Webinar Presentation of the same name.
These videos are a recording of an entire 1 day workshop presented by Wayne Berry in Feb 2017 and hence are much more comprehensive than anything they have seen before on this subject, and hence they will then totally understand the SYSTEM they are embarking on to increase their sales, and this is very important.
By the way, when you watch these videos you may notice that Wayne Berry looks a little different. Wayne has had an issue with cancer on and off since 2009 and had just finished 6 months of Chemotherapy the day before this recording. His health is much better now, and he accepts that like many others people, he “lives with cancer”.
A word about the Top Gun SYSTEM of Training and Coaching
It’s important to recognize that this System is PROVEN and absolutely works.

Otherwise they may incorrectly see this programme as simply a collection of random videos in a video library, to be watched for motivation and entertainment. Nothing could be further from the truth. If this was the case, they could simply watch as many free random videos on selling and leadership as they like on You Tube at no cost.
More videos will be opened for you and them each week.
This Level 1 Sales Entrepreneur Programme contains many more videos than what you or they will see when they start the programme. They are there but “hidden”, and also we are recording new videos every month that are being added to the Level 1 and Level 2 System.
If given access to all of the videos at the same time, most people go into “overwhelm” and don’t know what to watch first.
Initially they will be advised of the sequence in which to view the videos.
Then they can just watch the new videos as they are released to them each week.
Implementation and ROI is the name of the game.
We know from experience, especially with our 12 month coaching programmes, that when the strategies and techniques are implemented, this absolutely results in increased sales, increased profits and increased commissions and income for sales and business professionals.

A Level 2 Member will then be able to watch the 20 Characteristics of Outstanding Leaders which is in 4 parts.
These videos detail the 20 characteristics that are common with all extraordinary leaders, and like the Level 1 Membership, viewing these videos is compulsory viewing, because they provide the platform upon which Level 2 Members will build their leadership and sales management abilities.
Once viewed, 20 categories of videos will then be automatically opened for them and can then be viewed by Level 2 Members, so they can develop their leadership skills and abilities.
Again, more videos will be opened week after week, month after month for Level 2 Members, so they can incrementally improve their skills in all of these key areas on an ongoing basis.
