In this video Wayne Berry talks about the 5 Generations of Sales Professionals that operate in the market place.  He explains why Generations 4 and 5 Sales Professionals get far superior results to Generations 1 to 3.  Generations 4 and 5 are of course true Consultative Sales Professionals and Wayne explains how to become one if you not there yet.  Even some sales people who think they are consultative really are not doing it properly.
